Inspired by the transformative nature of paper, Chan attempts to stimulate the recounting of narratives and memories attained from shared meals by piecing up fragments of paper pulps that were obtained by shredding and blending. Various dried herbs, that are significant in Cantonese soup making, are added as part of her own personal memory of her late-grandfather.
